About the Event
This is a 30-minute circuit designed to build strength and keep your body moving. By including light, moderate and heavy weights with dumbells, barbells, kettlebells and bodyweight you will be challenged in unique ways while feeling safe and supported. There will be no pressure for you to do more than you are comfortable with only encouragement to do your best. Emily is qualified to offer you modifications or substitutions for any movement that does not suit you.
Class open to all levels, no previous experience is necessary. Sign up now to reserve your spot as this class is limited in size. Note: missed classes cannot be made up or refunded.
Cost: $32 for 4-week session
Tuesdays, starting 02/04/20 from 12:00-12:30 pm. The last day of the series will be 02/25/20.
